Kay Lakhi RD, LD, LNHA is the president and CEO of Dietary
Solutions as well as the president of The Rite Bite Wellness
Center. Kay is a registered/licensed dietitian with a MS in
Nutrition and Dietetics and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
She has been practicing in the field of dietetics for over
20 years in various health care settings. Kay is currently
an active member with the Columbus Dietetic Association, the
Ohio Consultant Dietitians in Health Care Facilities practice
group, and many other professional organizations.
Heidi McCoy RD, LD is the Director of Operations for Dietary
Solutions Inc. Heidi earned her BS in Medical Dietetics at
The Ohio State University. Heidi has over 10 years experience
in the field of dietetics all in the long term care arena.
Heidi oversees menu development, training of all new employees,
mock surveys and corporate contracts. Heidi serves on the
board of the Columbus Dietetic Association.
Donna Ragland RD, LD is the Regional Director of Operations
for the Cincinnati and Dayton Areas. Donna has over 25 years
of experience in dietetics. Donna is active in the Greater
Cincinnati Dietetic Association.
Nikki Reither is the Office Manager for both Dietary
Solutions Inc and The Rite Bite Wellness Center. She graduated
from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Elementary
Education. Nikki is responsible for coordinating day to day
operations within our main office.
